  • The joy of cooking dinner is someone else has to clean up. I should have dirtied more dishes… #
  • Headed out for some night riding. Should be extra fun in the dark! #
  • After my longest night ride, (We got about 100′, Bob’s sled was making a weird noise) we are back. Back to the Internets! #
  • I’m going to again attempt to switch to Netvibes instead of iGoogle for RSS. I have to become one with the unread indicator. :: Grumble:: #
  • Another crisp winter morning looking out over the lake. Very relaxing. #

  • As things start to ice over after the rain, the power is flickering pretty badly. Not this again! #
  • There are too many excellent aviation blogs on the net. I can’t keep up! What a great problem to have! #
  • Wondering what I’ve done with my CF card reader… #
  • Lunch today will be homemade Beef Stew, made from homemade beef stock, and homemade sourdough. I’ll finish it off with homemade cookies! #
  • Only 2.5 hours untill I leave for a weekend of snowmobiling in Maine. I can’t wait. Should be excellent with all of the new snow this week. #
  • On the road to Maine. T- 150 minutes remaining. Eyes are peeled for dinner. #

  • Off to bed after a long day at work and a great praise band rehearsal. I am exhausted! #
  • Snow is really coming down! Work is slow so it’s time bake! We’ll start with cookies! #
  • This could be bread hubris talking, but I am going to try to make a whole wheat loaf of sandwich bread today. Wish me luck! #
  • It turns out that jingling change in your pocket costs $0.10/hour. I used to have $0.35 in my pocket.. now I only have $0.25… :( #

  • A Batch of sourdough has been left to rise for tomorrow, true Belgian waffles have been mixed for the morning and the stock is chilling. #
  • I don’t think we have enough flour left in the house to make a cracker and I am completely knackered. Very gratifying though to see it all! #
  • I have plans for a flight tomorrow AM in a Cessa 180. Very excited! Let’s hope the plan works out! #
  • Brutal cold out this morning. Was wonderful! #
  • Sitting in a church meeting. We’re talking about the finer points of pew racks for Bibles and Hymnals. It’s riveting stuff… #
  • Time to bake the last of the bread from this weekend. It all looks so good! #

  • As the weekending headache starts to come one, I’m headed for bed. Looking forward to a bit of relaxing.. so count on a stressful weekend :) #
  • I have bread rising, sour dough.. souring, and chicken stock simmering away. It’s a good day! #
  • Well, my taxes are done and submitted. Time to sit back and wait for the money to roll in! #
  • After enjoying a handful of my favorite candy, Sour Patch Kids, I’m going to brush my teeth. It’s the worth the extra brushing! #

  • I’m having some weird disk issues. Seeing some problems streaming data across the network. Going to take some digging to sort out… #
  • I’m seeing a RAID drive failure this morning. Might explain the spoty performance… #
  • In my seemingly never ending sage of server problems.. I may have just lost 3 TB of data. It’s not going to be a good day… #
  • Trying to rebuild my data, though I’m still expecting more failures. Seems the root problem is a failed port multiplier… #
  • I’m about to either loose all of my data forever, or get it back. I don’t think the odds are good… #
  • Talking to Norco to get the failed parts replaced on my DS-1220. Fingers crossed… #
  • Norco is shipping the parts I need today. Very nice. I chatted with the guy over IM and they are shipping it out at no cost to me. #
