I know it seems like the blog here is dead. It appears Twitter has taken over and I’ve given up writing longer form articles. It’s as though my world has moved from 1400 words, to 140 characters. When you get right down to it though, I’ve just not had the time or motivation to get things posted here. I don’t have anything to say at the moment…

I’m in the process of buying a house, my first house. In keeping with my current life goals of growing an increasing amount of my food, I’m trying to find a livable place with a good bit of land for short money. Not all that easy here in the Northeast US!

I’ve never done this before and it’s been quite fun and challenging but most of all, it’s time consuming. I’ve found a place that I like for what I want to pay and we’re in the process of negotiating. It’s been going on for several weeks now and we keep running into road blocks. • First time I've gone to bed at a normal hour in weeks! Could really use some rest. #
• Monday has begun, with a multi-location computer crisis.I love when an outside help desk wrecks all our hard work… #
• So hungry, but I can leave the location yet. Soon I hope! #
• Work was horrible today but now it's time for tennis! #
• My tweets are busy days are horrible… here is the obligatory 'I'm going to sleep' tweet. #
• Finally getting my car inspected. From there it looks like I'm headed down to the Boston office #
• iPhone is flopping between 5 bars of 3G and 1 bar of Edge service. I'm sitting in a chair not moving. #
• Inspection went great. No problems at all! #
• Totally insane day again today. I have a bit more work to get done here in Boston and then I'm heading back north. Can't wait! #

• So very tired. I should have gone to bed shortly after I woke up this morning! #
• Wow..followed some new people this AM and all day they are just whining! Time to make use of the glorious unfollow button! #
• Aaaah, I feel happier all ready! I'm sorry you think your life is so bad.. perhaps trying to be happy would help! #
• Time to leave the office.. and head to a store to do some more work. Hoorah! #
• Testing a series of floppy disks for a system restore this evening. So far, not so good. #
• Tech support guy on the otherwise is floundering. Can't seem to burn the correct CD to restore the server… #
• Finally home and no dinner. Seems everyone else ate it all! How rude! #
• Working at the office while waiting for the call to get the septic inspected. I'm only 1/2 looking forward to it… #

• Just finished roasting off some pumpkins and giving the seeds a few more minutes. Then, off to Hampton Airfield to check out the events! #
• Amazing weather today! Cannot wait to get down to the airfield and take some pictures. I love this time of year! #
• I thought I was going to the airfileld today, but it seems its going to take @ace97915 until the next millenium to get going! #
• It turns out @ace97915 hadn't even left yet! Kids these days. Don't people understand, we're talking airplanes! Flying machines! #

• Amazing time was had at Hampton Airfield today. Really great weather, lots of planes, couldn't have been much better! #
• The only issue from Hampton Airfield today.. is that I now have to sort through several thousand images… #
• Saw the acrobatic plane from Hampton doing some maneuvers over out house during dinner tonight. A nice cap to a great aviation day! #

• Home after Six Flags and then dinner with some friends. Great day. Now.. time for some sleep! #
• The weather this week looks great. I see sun, 70s and cool nights. Looking forward to getting into fall.. then WINTER!!!! #
• Found my debit card this AM, tucked safely between the seats in my car..not lost at Six Flags as I thought. Phew! #
• It really kills me when I look at the number of photos I've taken this year. I've really let photography take a back seat. Almost autumn! #
• At one of our shops to get a car inspection. Still don't have the new windsheild though so, It's going to fail. Windsheild goes in tomorrow. #
• Housing seems to be coming together. Waiting to get a little more information about the loan for a property but it's looking up. #
• Yeah, so my car has been howling because my rear tires were running on wire…. Whoops! #
